We have a family of 17 people with 5 kids under 14 so this house was perfect! The kids had their own room with bunk beds that they loved and bathroom. All the extra bathrooms are great. They don't tell you in the description that two of the queen beds are in a little apartment off the back of the house that has its own kitchen and bathroom. We are already planning our reservation for next year. You do need to bring some extra toilet paper because there wasn't enough for 17 people for the weekend. Overall this was the perfect house for our family.

�The raccoon was a little surprising when he came to visit on the deck. It seemed pretty friendly. It just laid on the railing and looked at us. There is a sign to not feed it but people clearly do!�

We had an amazing long weekend at Captain John's Beach House. There were 17 of us total - 8 adults and 9 children. I had intended that it would be a very cramped weekend but I was wrong. Captain John's is so spacious. The kids basically had their own floor with the "bunkbed room" on the first floor. The adults could hang out up on the 3rd floor and not hear a thing! The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the utensils we needed. And it was wonderful to have 2 big tables with enough room for all to sit! The views were spectacular! We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the ocean literally steps from us. And last but not least, how amazing to have such easy, close beach access. We have decided that this needs to be an annual trip. See you in 2013 Captain John!

We enjoyed our stay there. The biggest thing that was disappointing was the filthy carpets in the dining room and living room. The view was spectacular.

Our family celebration of 18 loved renting Captain John�s 3-Story Beach House. It�s big, comfortable, and filled with memories. The beach access is just a few steps away. There is a view of the ocean from every floor. Relaxing on the deck watching the ocean was beautiful. The top floor living space is perfect for hanging out and entertaining a large group of people. There are 2 tables in the dining room that seat at least 18 people, not including the counter seating. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, pans, utensils, and cabinet space needed. There is at least one bathroom on every floor and the bedrooms are large. Eight kids enjoyed the bunk bed room that included a full bed and its own bathroom. The house is less than a mile from the casino and grocery store. Captain John�s Beach house is large and stocked to handle a reunion or retreat. There are books to read, games to play, music, cable, WiFi and space for everyone to kick back and relax with an ocean view and beach access.
