The main living level of the home is located upstairs, to best capture the ocean views. Fabulous kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops and all you will need to cook vacation meals or fine gourmet dinners. The living room has a very cozy sofa that wraps around to a chaise; cone fireplace enhances the ambiance by using Presto-type logs. Flat screen TV, Cable and DVD player. Beautiful fine woodwork throughout this home. Master suite is located on this main living level, with a queen bed, a beautiful sitting area and distant ocean views. The master bath is all of cedar and boasts a walk-in shower and an over-sized Japanese Soaking Tub. Downstairs, the entry level of the home has a large family room with a new, high quality sofa sleeper and a cozy sleeping area with a twin bed and twin trundle. TV with cable and DVD for added entertainment in the family room. The guest room has a queen size bed and a workstation to set up your computer. Internet access in the home will help you extend your vacations by staying in touch with the office! You may bring your well-behaved family dog with you to this home with an additional $50 pet cleaning fee.
