Oceanfront Ranch house in Rockaway Beach! Come stay, play and enjoy your vacations at this home, any time of year! All one level, so this home is great for families with small children or other's who have difficulty navigating stairs. Great views of the surf and sand and the beach access is a mere 20 Feet from the house! Great kitchen with everything you'll need to cook great family meals weather eating indoor or out! BBQ is on the front deck, just outside the kitchen door, which makes summertime cook outs a real joy! The living room has a cozy propane fireplace for added ambiance. When not watching the surf outdoors, there is a flat screen TV above the fireplace for fun entertainment. Futon in the living room lays flat for two exra sleeping spaces. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen size bed. One guest room has a bunk bed and a queen bed providing sleeping space for four guests. The third guest room has a bunk with a twin above and a double below. This home is priced perfectly so you can stay multiple nights anytime of year!This home is a pet-friendly home. There is a pet-cleaning fee to book this home of $50.00 that will be applied to your booking. If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office at to Opt-out.
