Welcome to Landers, a beautiful, original Cannon Beach home, located only three houses from the beach! This wonderful home has been fully restored and remodeled, seamlessly blending the history of the home with present-day luxury. Situated on West Van Buren Street, with beach access less than a minute away and all the many fine restaurants, art galleries and shops that grace the popular street of beautiful Cannon Beach, Oregon. The main level of the home has a large open floor plan, with the living room, dining and kitchen in the great room. A large river-rock fireplace flanks the leather living room furniture. Behind the large built-in cabinetry is a big screen TV, DVD player to enjoy family movies or the big games! The kitchen is truly a chef's delight! From the all new kitchen cabinets, granite counter-tops, deep farm sink, Sub-Zero Refrigerator to the gas range, you'll not want for anything to cook up a tasty vacation meal or serve an exquisite dinner. The master suite is located on the main floor and has a queen size bed. The master bath has a claw-foot soaking tub and a roomy walk-in shower. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, one with two twin beds and two with queen beds. The guest bath has a claw-foot tub with a shower above. Be sure to look closely at the work of art beneath your feet when you are in this room! The family room is spacious, providing the young ones with extra space to wiggle out some extra vacation energy during the evening or when the weather does not easily permit beach combing. The family room has a TV with DVD play and cozy furniture to relax and enjoy a movie! The upstairs balcony invites you to walk the beach, with great views of the surf and sand. This two-story home is a family vacation spot as well as a perfect choice for corporate retreats or business meetings, as it has plenty of room to break out into smaller work groups as well as 4 private bedrooms. ~ Please Note: This home has a 7 night minimum during the High Season, with up to 7 additional nights available at a significantly reduced rate of only $275 per night. There is a 2-night minimum in during the winter months, excluding holidays, when other nightly minimums may apply. Please be sure to ask one of our Reservation Agents for full details.
