Located in Newport above trendy Nye Beach area shops, this is a truly an enjoyable vacation spot any time of year! The comfortably furnished condo has two bedrooms and two baths. A nicely equipped kitchen and dining seating for 6. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the ocean air and the scenes of the Nye Beach Old Towne shopping district. Enjoy shopping at fine boutiques, craft shops, art galleries, and so much more! Wonderful dining is withing walking distance as well as wine tasting, music and a day spa. Beach access is a quick 1/2-block walk where you'll enjoy miles of sandy beach and views of the Yaquina Head Light House. This condo is right next door to Windswept At The Shore, another unit managed by Oregon Beach Vacations, which makes it the best spot in town for two families to spend vacation time together, and still enjoy privacy. Please Note: Due to strict HOA rules, there is parking for one vehicle only, in the parking lot. Park in the space marked for the unit only. Additional parking is available on the street. There is NO smoking allowed in the unit or on the property, including the deck or parking lot. NO pets allowed in the unit or on the property. NO use of BBQ on either the deck or in the parking lot. This unit does not have a land line, so don't forget your cell phone and charger!
