At The Shore is located in Newports trendy Nye Beach area where you will enjoy exploring eclectic shops, terrific dining spots, wine tasting and some of the best clam chowder in the area. Stroll the sandy beaches nearby, located less just a ½ block away. Spacious and comfortable, the unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms – one with a deep tub for relaxing evening soaks - a washer & dryer and a kitchen fully equipped to cook up any meal! Dining table is part of the great room area where you will enjoy the ocean air coming in from the balcony. Skylights in the high vaulted ceiling not only ads great light but enhances the spaciousness of this wonderful condo. This condo is right next door to An Ocean Dream By The Shore, another unit managed by Oregon Beach Vacations, which makes it the best spot in town for two families to spend vacation time together, and still enjoy privacy. Please Note: Due to strict HOA rules, there is parking for one vehicle only, in the parking lot. Park in the space marked for the unit only. Additional parking is available on the street. There is NO smoking allowed in the unit or on the property, including the deck or parking lot. NO pets allowed in the unit or on the property. This unit does not have a land line, so don't forget your cell phone and charger!
