The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room, which is graced with a wood-burning fireplace. (Be sure to bring a bundle of firewood or presto-type logs with you, if you plan to use the fireplace.) No matter the weather conditions, you will surely enjoy the many views from this condo or the deck. The oceanfront bedroom has a King size bed and a TV. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination. Guest suite has a small walk-in shower, a queen and a twin size bed. The sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping accommodations. For added entertainment, the condo has a TV in the living room with Direct TV programming and there is free Wi-Fi! Access miles of sandy beaches from the property and explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. Stroll through quiet and quaint Neskowin to enjoy a round of golf, the tasty food at Hawk Creek Cafe or browse through the selections at the Neskowin Store. It is a quick and easy drive into Pacific City (North) or drive South to Lincoln City if you find yourself yearning for more shopping or area attractions. The condo does not have a washer and dryer but there is a coin-op laundry at the Neskowin Store. This condo does not allow pets. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking, including balconies.
