The charm and special character of the natural wood design of the home have been left fully intact. Two large fireplaces (burn "Presto" logs only) grace both the living room and the family room. Main living level has a large kitchen, breakfast bar, large dining area and large living room, all with fabulous ocean views! Kitchen is completely ready for all your entertainment cooking. A 32" flat screen HDTV and DVD is in the family area of the kitchen and dining rooms. Internet available to allow you to stay in touch while on vacation or extend your time away from the office. This same level also has a bedroom with a king bed and private glass door to the deck. Hall bath has a tub/shower combination. Two glass sliding doors in the dining and living areas provide ease of indoor living to outdoor relaxation or entertaining. The expansive deck will be enjoyed by all, as the views to the North, South and of course, the West is truly beautiful! Gas BBQ provided for year round outdoor cooking. Perched on a hill, this home is perfect for storm watching with such expansive windows. Enjoy the handcrafted unique wood spiral staircase to take you to the lower lever. Downstairs you will find the family room with large comfy sofas and ottomans, which convert to a queen size bed for additional sleeping. TV with 32" TV/DVD and surround sound. Browse through a wonderful library of books while at the home. Spacious Bonus Room has two twin beds with suede comforters for an extra cozy feeling, and a 27” TV and DVD player for added entertainment. The guest room has a queen bed, private lower yard entry through a patio door and overlooks the mature Rhododendrons. Please be advised; the beautiful, yet unique design, of the spiral staircase makes this home unsuitable for families with young children or toddlers. A Kings View will accommodate up to 8 guests quite comfortably.
