Large, cozy sofas beckon you to curl up with a blanket and a book after a day on the beach in front of a roaring fire. Perfect for a small family or two couples, the Primary Bedroom is complete with a view of the estuary, a King Bed, and an adjoining ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub.  The guest room has a queen bed and door to the patio, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee. 

Working from home?  The home office has a large desk, computer monitor, printer and high-speed internet access, and is removed from the main living area of the home allowing for quiet concentration.

Pelican's Perch is located an easy walk from the Pacific Seawatch Community Club House and Pool, complete with premium workout equipment, a 45' saltwater indoor swimming pool and hot tub, and a 9 hole mini-gold course.  A short 10-minute orientation provides you access to the facility during your stay. Clubhouse Hours are 9 am to 8 pm (Please note keycard will not work outside of these hours).
