Whether your group wants a quiet stay or one filled with activities, everyone will find what they need here. Here, you can build the perfect vacation home for families, couples, and groups alike. 

The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen, with an island breakfast bar, a large dining table, new appliances, and a stocked kitchen for your culinary needs. Take in the Seaside air while dining al fresco on the furnished patio. The main level also features a half bath and a bedroom with a king-size bed and a 3/4 bathroom en suite.

Head upstairs and find three more bedrooms and two baths. The two front west-facing bedrooms have king-size beds, smart TVs, vaulted ceilings with fans, and ocean views. In the hall you'll find a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. The back bedroom is home to two double beds and an en suite full bathroom.

Head outside to the fully-fenced backyard, where you will find an entertainment patio. Rounding out this dream vacation home are four off-street parking spaces (no on-street parking). Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are not permitted on this property.
