Upstairs is another living room with partial ocean views, kitchen and additional bedroom with another bathroom as well.    Outside you are just steps away from the best beach Manzanita has to offer.  Plenty of walking trails for an afternoon stroll.   Take a short walk, or quick car ride to town and explore the village of Manzanita, close to golf course, Nehalem park and much more.  MCA #1151

Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors.  Not pet friendly.  Please note the driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles but it is very steep.

Beach access: Approximately 1/2 block, at the end of the street. Over the dune, 200 yards to beach.
This home has exterior stairs to enter the home and stairs to upper level.
Quiet Hours must be observed between 8pm and 8am for this property per local city ordinance.
