The location was ideal, a quick walk down the street to shops and restaurants. Dinner at Sorella was excellent Italian food and Nana's Irish pub was also good. The Chowder Bowl was also excellent. The view was beautiful, looking directly at the ocean from the living, dining and kitchen. There was a slope down to the stairs to the beach which was a bit slippery in the rain. Quite a hike back up those stairs, all 115 of them! But a public beach access is nearby. The rental was clean and as described. More information on the amenities would have helped. The mattress on the queen bed was a bit soft and the plastic sheet did not provide a good night's sleep. Excellent customer service from the rental staff when needed to answer a few questions. Everything was great, except that mattress. Which would be my only reservation for a recommendation for a friend.

Cute home. We were there on a rainy weekend and got soaked a few times on walks. Unfortunately the dryer drum didn’t spin so we were unable to dry our clothes. Cute little home. We enjoyed our stay.

We picked Sea Perch for the view right over the water because in November it usually is rainy. It turned out to be a great weekend with only a shower on Friday morning. House was Perfect for the whole family and grandkids. we couldn't have asked for better accomodations. The private beach access was a plus just a few stairs to the sand. It was clean and well stocked and with there extra fridge in the garage we even had plenty of freezer space. The views were it!

We love this house and of course the 180 degree ocean views. Best house to bring a dog because of the fenced yard. Happy the owner made improvements to beds and linens. You will enjoy everything about this place. Very few negatives this time. The hot tub was dirty and too many chemicals. Also, the table inserts were in the laundry which we didn’t know until the last day and the fireplace did not work. Management company did not call back. With all that said, this is an amazing home despite any small issues.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We loved the easy walk to the beach, the location and the well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Our only concern was that the south-facing door from the living room to the deck seems to have lost its weather seal. The carpet inside the door was very wet. A new weather seal on the door and/or a storm door would clear up this problem.

Grandmas house smell , view was beautiful. Unable to use bbq , the igniter was broke, winter time rain prevented use of the hot tub because there’s no overhead cover. For the money there should of been soap dishes in the bathrooms, and there is only one tv , very few cooking utensils, windows that you can’t see out of and uncomfortable furniture, and there definitely needs to be better lightening.

The cleaning crew was not finished when the first of our party arrived at 4pm. We arrived at 4:45 & they had just left. The icemaker in the freezer was not working so we called on our first morning there. They said someone would come out. By mid-afternoon no one had arrived so we called again. This time Kyle arrived quite soon. There was a piece missing--they could only let the owner know, but he offered to get a bag or two of ice if we would like. We appreciated that very much. Thanks, Kyle! You were great getting our ice to us so quickly & cheerfully! :-) There are 3 barstools in the dining room. Each of them had a screw missing from a leg...not safe, especially if no one is paying attention. A dining table chair had a leg which had loose screws. Rather unsettling to sit on until repaired (which we were able to do). The master bedroom had no curtain on the installed curtain rod--rather disconcerting to have a feeling no privacy. Also, the mother-in-law unit had no curtain over the kitchen sink & there were no dishtowels there. We had only 4 dishwasher pods, which were used by the end of Day 2. When called, the management company said they only provide 2 days (a starter pack). It would have been nice to have enough for our whole stay of 4 days. Obviously, this information is known before an arrival...or, at the very least, we should have been told that in the "Welcome" info. The carpets on the staircase were dirty/stained. Each bedroom having queen beds & a "private" bathroom available was wonderful! The size of the house was perfect. We also loved the large dining table as all 8 of us were able to sit comfortably around it for meals & games. The creek view was lovely & interesting to watch as tides changed. Location was primo. We would probably come back, but we'll have our eyes open; we would also recommend to friends, along w/ cautionary statements added.

Pacific Breeze worked very well for a Thanksgiving holiday with 8 adults and 5 kids (ages 2 to 15). The double ovens were lifesavers as we juggled major meal preparation. And having 2 refrigerators was perfect. The view was great and enough seating to watch football games. The downstairs rec room was a hit with the kids and a good place to burn off some energy. We had some difficulty with the dishwasher and could have used more glasses. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels even for our large crew for 4 days. I enjoyed working with the Oregon Beach Vacations staff better than any other management company we have rented through at the beach. From booking through checking out they were responsive and thorough in their communication.

Second time staying here. Although a couple of improvements would make place even better. The carpet is marked and in desperate need of a cleaning. Makes no sense such a beautiful place and it’s just so out of place seeing a dirty carpet. Also the gas stove burner ignition kept clicking the whole time burner was on annoying. We weren’t there, but maintenance came out , we were not there when they came out and they left phone message that stove was ok. So what can I say clicking continued for us. Conversations were very nice with maintenance have no problem with ,them,just a crazy little stove. We really love this place , location, beauty of ocean and beach. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy. Also to see if are stove clicking gremlin is still up to its mischief.

We had a lovely stay at this nice, well-equipped condo. The kitchen has a new coffee maker (drip and k-cup), new pots and pans, knives, utensils, etc. Curtains and drapes are in good condition. The bedroom has roll-down blinds, sheers, and curtains. Bathrooms worked well. TV, internet worked well. And of course Nye Beach location is wonderful

Extra amenities such as clamming bucket (with instructions) used and appreciated as well as beach chairs! Beautiful view and quiet location. We and other family members have stayed at property a number of times, and this is the best condo of all. We would definitely request this condo again.

This is a beautiful, comfortable little apartment with an amazing view and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the magnificent crashing surf. Our only suggestions for the owners are: add more lighting and provide more storage space. With the closets and drawers filled with bedding and pillows, we barely had room for our own belongings.

Lovely home with exceptional views! A few suggestions-a large plush rug would add coziness especially during the fall/winter months and some basic cooking condiments such as sugar, oil, spices, vinegar etc would be helpful for cooking in the amazing kitchen! Otherwise, top notch!

Wonderful views from this condo. At high tide feels like you are on a ship. Only issuewas gutter drain needs replaced so water isn't always dripping outside the sliding glass door. Also exit instructions in book need to correspond with what is on fridge. Sent message about trash and never got a response.

We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this beautiful, immaculately clean house - Pelican’s Landing! The View of the ocean is GORGEOUS! We played ping pong for hours! Watched movies on the DVD player! Watched football, went hot tubbing, flew kites - all with the sounds of waves crashing. Just perfect! THANK YOU!!!

This home was a short walk to beach access. The access is a long stairway down and up for anyone with mobility issues. The home needed some cleaning when we arrived but was mostly clean. Beds were comfortable and there was sitting for all. The house was located close to a variety of shopping locations. We were a little surprised we couldn't use the large garage but the driveway provided ample parking.

Arrived late in the day. Unit was clean and we were able to move our coolers to the cement back patio. It helped us keep an eye on our stuff as we were a little concerned about it staying in the back of the pickup. Our view was stunning and the unit was very quiet even though there were other people around. Centrally located and we were very happy with our overall stay. There were four of us and we were able to split the use of the bathrooms use for so each couple had their own space. Carpeting probably needs to be redone at some point as it is beginning to show its wear and tear. Not that there were holes or anything but it is an older carpet with some stains on it that I am sure you can't get out. We were unable to get access to the guest key lock so ended up using the Emergency Key the whole stay so it needs to be fixed as well. Property management helped us when we called late to get into the unit.

Everything about our trip and stay was better than expected. Our dogs traveled well for their first time, the rental was warm, comfortable, beautiful and perfectly located. The weather was nice.

My family, friends and I stayed at the Seaquest House for 3 nights at the end of November 2021. Our stay was enjoyable and the house was clean. When we arrived at the house, the lockbox code that was emailed to us prior to our visit did not work. 2 phone calls to OBV resolved this issue. There was no garbage can at the property and the garbage disposal unit did not work. 2 calls did not resolve these issues. More dish soap and dishwasher pods on hand would be better as well.

We rented the entire house, which includes the main level and the single bedroom unit downstairs. Here are the plusses and minuses of this rental. First the plusses: Plenty of space. Fabulous views. A short walk from Agate Beach. Multiple air beds if people want to spread out. Fairly well stocked kitchen. Hot tub. Barbecues. Two garage spaces available. Very clean. Now the minuses: the lock boxes were very difficult to open and it wasn't clear if we were to use the lock box or the keypad on the doors. The beds, bedding, pillows could have been newer particularly for the amount of money we paid for the place. A bed on the floor was a little weird. The surprise taxes, cleaning fees added about $300 per day to the cost, which was not clear until we went to book the place. The road is very difficult to locate at night, maybe a reflective sign would help.

Guest house was as advertised, it was perfect for us. Looking out on the Pacific Ocean was wonderful. Beach access was a fun set of stairs that opened up to the beach. We walked daily and enjoyed our time. November is off season, we knew that going in, so weather and local activities were somewhat limited, again this was by choice. Only feed back is access off the highway can be a challenge, it’s a 50 or 55mph area, so pay attention!

Our rented condo in DePoe Bay sprung a leak and we were moved to one in Lincoln City. It was fine, although it only had one bathroom, the ocean view was lovely.

Likes: A beautiful, spacious, clean townhome. Spectacular views. Quiet and comfortable. Beds comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this to anyone looking to get away. Internet access was fast and easy to connect to. Full kitchen with stove, dishwasher and fridge. Garage access easy and useful. Felt like home. Dislikes: Mostly nitpicks, but frustrating none the less. TV/Entertainment system in main living area way too complicated. 4 remotes, three for the TV system. Batteries were not working in the remotes. I called for service, never got any. Had to swap batteries around to use the fireplace and TV remote. BTW - I am a computer engineer by trade. Many would not have been able to figure out the TV/Entertainment system. Front door lock is a bit difficult to use. Pillows on bed way to thick. Would be nice to have an option for a slimmer pillow. Gave me a neck ache.

This is our go-to rental when we want to be in the village of Neskowin. You can’t get any closer to the ocean. It’s old but clean and has everything you need. Perfect.

The property description was not accurate. The garage did not present what was promised. No bikes, beach chairs, Half of the Darts were broken, some ping pong paddles handles broken. Air hockey could not be plugged in without an extension cord (no cord), 2 of the levers to convert from pool to air hockey were broken off. Big pile of dirt on garage floor near table. We still used what was workable and had some fun. We did not use the hot tub. The water appeared very murky, not looking clean at all. Called management, they said it had been serviced the day before. This did not appear to be the case, since we own and maintain a hot tub at our residence. Kitchen counters were not clean overall. (One area had a sticky pile of jam smeared on the surface. The living room/dinining room area was poorly lit due to lack of lamps etc. One ceiling light bulb was out. Management said they would replace it for us. We stayed 4 days, it was never done. Overall, we had a great time anyway. This property has very high potential if it were only maintained at a higher degree.

The condo is in a great location in Rockaway. It was clean, spacious, easy to access and in good shape for the most part. The o ly thing that was not awesome was the couch in the main living area. I can appreciate that it's a pull out bed and the extra sleep space might be a bonus for some, I would much rather a somewhat comfortable couch myself. The garage is a nice play space for kids, the ping pong table was in rough shape, but the kids still played, just gingerly. All in all, we would keep this vacation spot for future renting.

This home was a good fit for our group of 6 adults and two dogs to watch the wild storms of November 2021. It opens up to the beach, which was great! Though there is no heat upstairs, the radiators do a good job of warming the home, and it was very comfortable. It's right on the promendade so walking to town is an easy thing to do.

Perfect getway! It was rainy but we were able to enjoy the view while cooking, doing puzzles, and enjoying cozy fire. At nights, we had ping pong challenges with our 6 yo. The home has everything you need. We found that although a bit older, it's well maintained. The beds were very cozy!! If we can, we would definitely come back!

A lovely place with stunning views and beautiful stairway with good traction down to the beach. The guest house was lovely, very clean and nicely arranged rooms. The television, indeed, requires a program reset by someone who holds the streaming account--presumably the property management company. Instructions in the binder are very helpful but are general and aren't relevant to the unique issues with the television.

The setting of the Cedar House is quite remarkable. It sits at the end of a private road/drive in a stand of large trees, and overlooks the beach. There is nothing fancy about the house (some might call it dated or old fashioned), but it provides a comfortable and very relaxing experience. The wood stove was easy to use and was very effective at warming the house on a damp chilly day ( the regular heating units also worked well if you don’t want to bother with starting a fire). There is a steep bit at the end of the path to the beach, but the ropes worked just fine (you might want to bring some gloves for this) and the effort is well worth it. The short (about four feet) climb down would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues, The beach, which you can see and hear from the house, was really enjoyable and not busy at all (during the week, we were often the only people there). We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return for another visit.

This was exactly what we were hoping for in terms of location. You were a few steps away from the beach. You opened the door and you could hear the amazing waves. There were just two of us but the house is comfortably large enough for a family and/or a number of friends. The amenities are good. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. There isn't anything plush about it, but the basics you need are there. In terms of the neighborhood, we were disappointed with our choice of only one location that delivered food but if you are cooking, picking up or eating out there are a variety of choices.

Excellent stay as always. Five Stars. House was spacious, very clean and situated right on the beach. Needed a new cam light and after a call to Open Nest office the maintenance person came right over to replace the burnt out bulb. This was our third Open Nest house rental and we will be back to rent again. Thank you!

The house provides beautiful views and easy access to the beach. We could hear the relaxing pounding of the surf day and night and got to see rainbows formed out at sea. It was so nice to be able to get together with my family. Large family room for everyone, the playroom for the kids and especially the Studio for a couple of them that needed their own one on one. I just would have liked to be closer to the beach.

The house was just what we needed. The main bedroom bed was the right amount of firm for us. We went hot tubbing and saw a couple of nice sunsets. The street in front is quiet and we were able to play ball with the dog there in the afternoon. There's posts at the south for what I'm guessing will be a fence and that would make the yard (and hot tub) a lot more private when it's installed if they set a solid wood fence there (even if it's short since the land steps down to the next house). Other people have commented and it would be nice to have a sheet on Garbage day and other important facts for the house somewhere obvious (maybe it was there and we didn't see it?). But we'd stay at Ocean's Edge again.

This was the second trip to this wonderful house for me and my two sisters. Needless to say ~ it was amazing. The house is spacious, warm and welcoming. The views are great and we experienced all types of weather! The numerous windows allow us to enjoy the ocean's range of 'moods' along with awesome sunsets. We specifically enjoy the two working stations. It allowed us to scrapbook, watch the ocean and still be a part of kitchen activity via the open divisional wall separating rooms. Accommodations were great - home more than satisfied our needs and made for another wonderful gettogether. The only item that would make our stay better is if there could be printed instructions on how to operate the TVs. We had problems navigating and locating stations. We'll certainly be back!

We really enjoyed our stay the house was clean and had everything you need. The only thing we were disappointed about is the the back yard isn't fully fenced for our fur babies. But lother than that every was great close to town. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a fantastic stay at Serendipity. The cottage is very much as advertised, on a cliff above the ocean. It is very close to the mouth of the Depoe Bay Harbor, and enjoyed watching various vessels come and go each day. Hot tub was a super bonus, as was the walkability to Depoe Bay. Only problem with the place is that I do not own it.

This home is very close to the beach, less than a block, and two of the three upper bedrooms have amazing views, as does the enclosed porch. It is truly charming, though somewhat dated. The stairway is steep and the kitchen furniture somewhat uncomfortable, which was difficult for our older parents, and the furniture overall was a little outdated. There is no dishwasher, but that didn't bother us, but the microwave made a scary noise. The kitchen is very well stocked and we made several meals at home, including cooking Dungeness crab that we caught off the 12th Street Bridge. The beds in the two main bedrooms are very comfortable, but the twin bunks are very uncomfortable; little kids probably won't mind, but teenagers and adults might. We had trouble with the entry code, WiFi password, and a lost item, but were easily able to reach Oregon Beach Vacations for immediate assistance. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. We visited the beach several times a day and loved being able to have our dog stay in the home with us. Although the description states the yard is "fenced," it is not enclosed, so we brought a long leash for our dog so she could be outside but safe when she wanted to do so. We would definitely stay here again, but would have our parents stay in the downstairs bedroom for safety reasons. Overall, it's a very lovely home in a beautiful location.

The place is very cozy and right within walking distance from a lot of places to eat or from the beach. Sitting by the windows in the morning or evening is a dream. The beds aren't super comfortable and bring your own salt.

Wanted a place to stay where we could bring the dogs to the beach. This could not have been more perfect! It is an older house, not fancy but very comfortable and very clean. The fenced yard and location were the two reasons we picked this place and we would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a party of 8 and found the accommodations more than adequate and the view out the front windows stunning. The kitchen was very well equipped and and worked well for gathering with the open space to the dining room and living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for our size party. A couple of the mattresses in the bunk beds should be replaced would be hard to sleep on. As far as the amenities the game room was awesome and the bar and refrigerator were very useful overall. If anything needs some improvement it would be the hot tub and sauna. The jets are worn out on the hot tub and we never could get the sauna to heat up completely. I don't think you should include them in the amenities list if they don't work properly. Overall our experience was excellent and I would recommend this place to friends and family with the above caveats.

I tried to change the dates I wanted online, but got no response, I called the number that was given and I was going to be charged $25 to change the date. It would’ve been nice to be able to change the dates without being charged. It would be very nice, if the dishwasher was secured to the counter, it became a problem, when you thought you started it to find out it never ran. Always love staying here, no matter the weather. We enjoy staying here at least once a year, we can walk to anywhere we want. We ate at Pacific kitchen in Nye Beach, it was wonderful, we were told ‘’ there’s really no bad place to eat in Newport’’.

The place in itself is very nice and Rockaway is a good central location to places we wanted to go. TV has cable which was nice for the the rainy nights. Even using just the two small heaters the place warmed up very nicely. All around great place to stay with one exception. The place could use a thorough cleaning. The refrigerator smelled so strongly of fish that we could not put anything that wasn't air tight in it. Our freshly purchased fruit and vegetables from Tillamook not only smelled, but tasted of fish after a day in the fridge to the point they were not edible. This is understandable though as this is a coastal fishing rental. What was not understandable though was that most of the dishes were not clean. Before using a majority of the dishes we had to wash them by hand as they all had dried food smudged across them. My guess is that whoever stayed there before us left a bunch of dirty dishes for a long period of time and then these dishes were just put into the dishwasher and left as is after the dishwasher did not get a lot of the dried food off. Despite the lack of cleaning though, this was a great place to stay and was a very cute little house for us two to stay at on our honeymoon.

This home was perfect for a fall vacation with my family. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The views and sounds of the ocean are wonderful. Because this is high up on a cliff we had no issue with HWY 101 beneath us. We did opt to take a short less than 5 minute car ride to Beverly Beach instead of walk. There is some altitude change (and rain) that we felt were best suited to driving. We love the beach in the Fall and Winter and boy it did not disappoint. Strong winds and rain left us without internet for a few days but the management company was quick to respond...even sending someone to the house. We all know that is a possibility during this time of year but we were prepared with so many board games and puzzles! During our stay we were able to enjoy our favorite places such as Local Ocean for great drinks and seafood, walking the beautiful harbor and checking out South Beach. I would recommend this property to others and hope to return as well.

The house was very clean, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. It is not a house for people with small children or dogs. There are two gates that are not there and the coast highway is within a few feet. Also no where for kids or animals to play. There is NO beach access no matter your physical ability. House was well maintained. Had a little trouble getting in and the property management were very helpful. Would recommend with limitations. Picture shows the house perfectly and the view just not the non-existent outdoor space.

We didn't get to see any whales, not because the view was lacking, but because we stayed in Depoe Bay on a very stormy late October weekend. Pouring rain, 25-30 mph winds, you name it. The ocean was a bit perky! The cottage was very cozy and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was cold when we arrived at 4 pm check-in and it took several hours to heat up. So, we only got to use it the second day we were there.

Our 3 day stay included a major coastal storm with strong 25+ mph winds and very heavy rains. It truly felt like we were in a real lighthouse up high on the hillside with those great windows. It was spectacular. Even when we briefly lost power, we had the gas fireplaces and the gas stove top. The wind blew down the BBQ unit and moved it around some. And the wind blew the screens on all three sliders, which were ceaselessly flapping loudly, metal parts and magnets banging and crashing on the glass. There was no way to tie them down. It was really the only fly in the ointment, but I have to mention it! We all would have slept so much better without that disturbing noise. Perhaps for winter now you could remove those truly irritating, useless screens?! Future guests will appreciate it, believe me! And if that were fixed, we'd sure like to stay in the Lighthouse again during a storm!

Love this house. We have stayed there many times. The location is fabulous and the view is unmatched. Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house this time. Sticky, dried on food on the kitchen floor, mirrors were dirty. Looked like someone had brushed their teeth and sprayed the mirror. Also seems there was hardly any kitchen tools this time. One measuring cup, no pizza cutter. Just little things, but things one would expect in a “well appointed” kitchen.

This place was perfect for our little family. It's a little out of date but was also an amazing price for being right on the ocean. Unfortunately the week we went on vacation they were redoing the shingles on the roof so there was loud banging all day and I had to watch for nails so I didn't get a flat tire. This was a lovely home in a fun location. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space. We brought our kayaks and bicycles and found some sun breaks to enjoy both. We also hiked on the path at the Old Cedar Preserve. It’s kind of hidden by the Rockaway Beach sign and a fun trail. Easy walk to the beach.

We happened to hit a full moon and 8' high tides which made for epic wave watching off the balcony. Also saw a whale feeding during the day. Pro tip: throw a squeegee in the car to keep the balcony glass clean for better viewing.

Very good overall - nice decor and furnishings inside. Very good supplies and cookware! ******* I would suggest that a few things be fixed ******* 1. broken doorknob on front door (it’s crooked and will NOT latch). This required locking the deadbolt just to keep it closed from the wind. 2. Revise the generic instructions for getting in; they seem to be written for ALL properties. The lockbox is NOT at the main entrance as stated, and there are 3 lockboxes (in the rear only). Two of those don’t work and wouldn’t open - why are there three? It took over a half-hour to get inside. 3. We suggest adding pull-down privacy blinds behind the existing blinds in living room and bedroom windows, because the rattan (?bamboo) blinds are totally see-through from the street when the inside lights are turned on after dark. Optional: suggest adding shirt/robe hooks on the back of EACH bedroom AND bathroom door - they could also be used to hang wet towels on). Good location and driveway parking. Good heating systems in each room.

Home was nicely located near the beach and weather was perfect. Nice large family room area we used for a small birthday party. The house was a bit run down, pretty dirty in a lost of the rooms but bedrooms were clean. This is obviously a well used property as the cabinets throughout should have been replaced or repaired years ago. Couple of cabinets had broken door latches so they were almost falling off. I would recommend this place to others, but the price versus the quality did not match up.

This home is beautiful! The view is outstanding and the private stairs to the beach are a great addition. The home was well stocked and very clean when we arrived. There is plenty of room for everyone as well as all of the treasures you bring back from shopping. The only thing I would suggest is upgrading the beds. They are very hard and uncomfortable. Owners may also want to take the time to touch up paint in the home. You can see a lot of finger prints on all of the door jams, around the light switches and doors. Other then that we had a great time!

Microwave has broken turn table. some things are dated and cleaning crew needs to do a better job. also the feces on roof should have been removed - its right outside the upstairs bedroom window. can opener so rusted we were unable to open cans with it. outside stairs are narrow and steep and house is not recommended for disabled. We did love the location and the layout of the house works perfect for us - just wish it had been cleaner when we arrived.

My husband and I had a lovely week at the Coral Cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. All household necessities — from soap and clean towels to dish detergent and laundry pods — were generously provided. The cottage is in a very nice residential location, fourth house from the beach and quiet except for the beautiful sound of the waves. Just on the other side of 101 is Chester's Markets, a well maintained and well stocked grocery store. We were unfamiliar with the Oregon coast and spent our time walking the beach, exploring the various state parks, and hiking at Cape Perpetua. Mornings were chilly and we had two days with some rain, but the cottage fireplace and heater kept us cozy. All in all it was perfect for us, and if we’re ever back in the area we would love to stay again!

We absolutely loved our time at this cozy, ocean-side home. The view is absolutely amazing and we saw 20+ whales from our living room and deck! The location is also wonderful for walking into town to eat (Left Coast Coffee and the Whale Bites breakfast sandwich with candied bacon are highly recommended), shop and book boat tours. We would happily stay here again.

This is a terrific place to stay. The home was clean, the location was close to the beach, and the view was great. The only negative was the kitchen sink and faucet. The sink has a rather large rusted through area that seriously needs replacing, and the kitchen faucet was plugged or something because the water just flowed out at a trickle. But these were the only negative things, everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

The barbecue wouldnt light when we tried it for dinner, so switched to oven, but no pot holders. I am glad it is pet friendly but many spots and stains on the carpet. Also cobwebs high up and down low. furniture in main space in front of windows not very comfortable, you want to sit and look out window, but uncomfortable. One or two outside lights didnt work or bulbs needed replacement, arrived after dark and was hard to see to enter home. bedding and bed in master nice, but previous guests had spilled some ink or something on the bedspread that left a large dark stain. needs a deep clean, pot holders, steps for hot tub, better kitchen organization and newer pots and pans. Needs furniture in front of windows that you want to sit in and enjoy the view.

Four nights of October beach weather nested beautifully in this historical and thoughtfully constructed home. An unusual and surprising find for oregon. One can feel the love and work that was put into its design and flow and texture. Dated, yes, needs some repairs yes(doors need some attention) and some missing items(not enough forks) but the home functions fine once you get to know it’s secrets. I felt the home truly welcomed and held us warmly, the sculptured garden and grounds gave delight out every window. There was a majestic Elk who seemed drawn to the quiet garden as well, he acted like a regular visitor. I would stay here again, and again .

i've stayed in multiple units over the last 15 years a couple of times a year and always enjoy village point. this unit is a little more sparsely furnished than some of the other units. the kitchen could be better furnished for cooking an such. overall it was neat and clean though.

It was so wonderful having a beautiful large home for our family to enjoy each other. We loved the hot tub too. It just couldn't have been more perfect. The views were incredible. The fire pit was nice too for roasting marshmellows. It was a wonderful vacation and made many memories for our family.

Good location, good parking. We had a Pleasureway travel trailer. Garage available if needed. Good layout of one downstairs king master bedroom and bathroom. The laundry facilities are in a closet in this room as well. The upstairs isn't really two bedrooms but rather a nice big room with view and closing door, but the other dbl bed is in a kind of loft situation, not as private but adequate. Good sleeper sofa in living room. Clean, nice decor. One tv only in the living area, no cable but streaming, games, and movies available. Short walk to beach but wish we had known ahead of time that there is a big construction project going on, which did not hinder beach access but was a little bothersome for some of us. Kitchen was bright, good appliances. Could use a few smaller sized plates, but adequate for the most part. Other than salt and pepper, don't expect to find any other spices, oil, sugar, etc. Not a bad thing, just sharing info. Location is a residential neighborhood so no stores or shops in walking distance. We would stay there again.

It was a lovely place for a vacation! The beach is slightly farther than I would have expected from the description (about a 10-15 minute walk), but I would still describe the location as perfect. The area was very quiet and in harmony with nature (we saw a bear in the neighborhood!). The house itself was cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the nice deck on the back of the house. The house was showing its age a bit, but that is to be expected on the coast (everything is damp there!). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Very nice condo on the river. We cooked all meals and appreciated the large and we'll equipped kitchen. My husband spent a lot of time in the reclining chair with the gas fireplace going. I enjoyed having the separate 2nd bedroom with the twin beds to study and do yoga with a view of the hills. Our suggestions are that the owners put curtains or blinds back in the living room and master bedroom, get the small bathroom toilet to stop running, clean the carpets, dust, and clean the Jets in the bubble tub.

The stay was really topped off with an amazing view and wonderful sounds of the ocean. The house was extremely clean, which is so important! The beds were comfortable and allowed for all of us to have an oceanside view.

This rustic cabin is such a classic coast experience - nothing fancy or updated,but you'll find everything you need. The beds are even pretty comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, but just know there is no dishwasher. The view is superb and it's just a short walk down to the beach. This is on a steep hill, so not appropriate for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. We enjoyed the wood stove-just know that you'll need to bring your own wood (not enough provided). The back upstairs bedroom is a bit musty, but otherwise everything was comfortable. I agree with others that there's only one sofa in the living room so difficult for everyone to gather together without sitting in hard chairs. Check-in was super easy and the staff super helpful! We would stay here again.

We had a small group visit Seaside, and decided to rent a house. I had never rented a house before, so I was a little apprehensive. However, the Duffy House exceeded all of our expectations and provided a wonderful landing spot. There were seven of us, but we never felt cramped. The kitchen provided what we needed, and the house was clean and bright. Our goal is to make this an annual pilgrimage.

The good: The location was very good, steps to the beach about a hundred yards away, and the steps were not steep. Nice deck with table and chairs. Do not plan on taking satisfying photos from the home though, as utility lines spoil any photos. The decor and furnishings are adorable and very comfortable. The beds are good upstairs, and tolerable downstairs. Bedding is ok, pillows are good and there are plenty of them. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, and the appliances are nice. The bad: The lower level is VERY cold. All of the consumables (bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, knives, hair dryer, etc.), are dirt cheap lower than dollar store quality, to the point of being pretty unusable. They only provide shampoo, 1 tiny one per bath, and tiny bar soap. No cleaning items or sprays were provided at all, besides 1 small sponge. Also the only food or drink items provided in the kitchen was salt and pepper and a 1/4 full small bottle of soy sauce. We would probably stay again, just for the location.

The house is in a great location and the windows are huge so the view is beautiful. The house needs an update though.. most of the dining chairs were broken or wobbly. Otherwise would stay there again.

We have stayed in this building before. Great unit and location for whale watching. Everything from kitchen to bedrooms well stocked. Only really inconvenient issue was for 4 adults there were NO hangers in the closets. The master bedroom was, otherwise, amazing. The second bedroom closet housed the one dresser and was packed top to bottom, including the dresser top, with extra blankets, pillows and bedding. Not easy to arrange clothes for 4 days. Would still stay again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and loved everything about staying here. It felt like our own private show watching the waves crash against the rock from the balcony. Walking distance to downtown Depoe Bay, but far away enough off 101 that you don't hear any traffic noise while in the unit. It feels like you're standing in the middle of the ocean when you look out of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. That's how close to the water you are. Highly recommended.

Perfect property for children and families. We went with my parents and our two kids. There are two HUGE master suites- one on the floor level and one on the upper level and two large bunk bed rooms perfect for kids and pack and plays. There are a lot of windows in all the bedrooms so I do suggest blackout shades if you have littles. Our favorite part was the access we had to the beach. The townhome had a great selection of beach toys and a wagon which our toddler loved riding in with all the gear. We cannot wait to make this an annual trip!

We had a really nice stay at this beach house. We were so happy to be able to bring our dog with us to stay at the beach. This house was a really nice size for our family of six. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own bed which was nice. The cleanliness of the house was not good. The house cleaner needs to do a much better job at thoroughly cleaning this house. The bathroom toilet was not clean, the floor had fingernails on it. The carpets was not vacuumed and the kitchen floor was dirty when we went to sweep just after arriving, etc. We really liked the house but the cleanliness of it was disappointing. We really liked the size of the kitchen table which was able to accommodate all of us and even have extra room. It was nice to have 2 1/2 bathrooms and a nice size living room to relax in. The property and some furniture is dated but pretty spacious. The kitchen is small but fully stocked which was nice because we did all our cooking at the house. This property is located across the main highway from the beach. It is probably about a 10-15 minute walk. We just decided to drive to the beach each time we went. The house is right up the street from the downtown shops and little grocery store which is nice. There is no view of the beach from the house. All in all it was a great stay but the house needs to be cleaned!

The best feature fo this cottage is the location. It is about 2 blocks from the beach. We had 2 dogs with so it was nice that the cottage was pet friendly. The condition of the cottage was as advertised. The driveway length served us well as we had a couple of vehicles and a boat and all fit in the driveway. The reason I rated the property management company a 2/5 is that we were called less than an hour from the property and told the cottage was not cleaned yet and to delay our arrival by 2 hours. We were driving from Bend, OR and had timed our arrival for the check in time. Only when I complained about the cost of the cottage per hour and having to sit somewhere and wait for cleaning did the property management person offer a slight refund for our inconvenience. Some type of compensation should have been initially offered and I shouldn't have had to bring up the cost issue.

We loved our stay at Water's Edge, which is right on the Siletz Bay. We watched the tides come in and out and saw numerous herons, white egrets, bald eagles and the sea lions frolicking in the bay. You could even see the ocean in the distance. The condo was very comfortable with lots of cookware, dishes, etc. in the kitchen. The TV in the living room was hard to figure out. It was connected to Roku. There were no instructions in the condo on how to navigate through it. We could only find one 1 or 2 live channels to watch. The rest was streaming programs. However, we were able to watch regular live TV in the bedroom which was on regular cable. It's a short walk to the ocean from the bay and to one of our favorite restaurants, Mo's, just down the block. We spent a lot of time sitting out on our deck, enjoying the view.

This was the second visit to this condo this year. We visited the coast in May and August. We love this area on the coast and enjoy the Sieltz Bay view. The condo on our second visit was not cleaned well at all. It had particles on the carpet and tile floors. I spent almost a hour cleaning and disinfecting. The sliding glass door had fingerprints all over it.. Very disappointed since there is a cleaning fee that we had to pay. We arrived late on a Sunday,and didn't think anyone from the company would be available to complain to about the lack of cleaning. Water pressure in the kitchen faucet tends to be a problem in this unit. Other than that the condo was good. And we would definitely book it again.

Nicely decorated family-friendly home. Enjoyed evenings around the backyard firepit roasting marshmallows. Beyond the back yard is a very walkable wooded area. We liked the ease of getting to the beach. Kids sure liked the "bunk room" and the other 3 bedrooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would gladly come back to Nestugga!

I was alone and did not use the upstairs. The view from the downstairs bedroom was very nice. The stairs to the beach not recommended for someone with a walking disability but the beach was wonderful to walk on. Loved the location especially Newport about 20 minutes north. Good luck on getting the TV to work! Ocean Beach Vacations was not ideal to work with, would have been better to have rented directly with the owners as I have in the past.

The unit is lovely, warm, well equipped and has a drop dead view. With a few adjustments, it would be perfect. We were disappointed to find that neither the ice maker nor the dryer were working. The previous tenants mentioned it in the guest book, so we knew the problems had been on going. These aren’t deal breakers but we were not notified in advance and we expect to receive what we pay for. Sadly, the windows were filthy with bird droppings and dirt. It was distracting from the amazing view. That’s not a tough fix and should have been done. Yet, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the rooms spacious. We hope to return. We also hope that the problems are corrected.

We had a great experience...the view out all the windows was fabulous. We never had any reason to contact the management company...I got an email with the codes to get in, everything was in functioning order...detailed instructions on how to leave things...We brought our yellow lab and the fenced in yard was nice to let her do her business in the morning without us having to go outside. then just a short walk to the beach where we spent a lot of our time.

We are always comfortable here and the view of the beach and Yaquina Head lighthouse is wonderful. However although we have seen some updates over the years the unit continues to fall behind. The curtain rod in the bedroom was about to fall off the wall (which we think was so last time we stayed) so we had to be very careful to adjust the curtain; other window treatments would be preferable because of the parking lot lights on that side of the unit. We like to cook but utensils and dishes are minimal; with two brewing companies in town it would be nice to have glass beer glasses, not plastic, and appropriate cooking pans for the abundant seafood Newport offers. As long as the price per night stays competitive and appropriate for an older condo, we'll keep staying and bring our own kitchenware!

We were very pleased with this home. When we walked through the front door our first reaction was "WOW what an excellent view". Everything was clean and nicely decorated. It would have been nice to have directions on how to use the TV controller, we eventually figured it out. Not the type we are used to. We bring DVD's so it would have been nice to have a DVD player. Happy to have Wi-Vi. We have stayed at many houses along the Oregon Coast rented through various agencies so we realize you can take a chance when you renting an unknown home, like mildew but this house smelled clean and was very clean, welcoming, nice touches and was furnished comfortably. Well stocked, too. It would have been nice to have some candles, matches, flashlight, emergency gear just in case. We usually come prepared so it is not a huge issue for us. We look forward to renting this home again in the future. We like the Seal Rock area. Oh and the kitchen faucet needs attention. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a great time! Location of house was awesome. We saw whales every day. However, the house was very outdated and dirty. There was dog hair everywhere which was hard for us as two of our people have allergies. The bedroom furniture is so large it’s hard to maneuver around it, and in one room the bed is against the wall and being older guests, it was hard to get in and out of the bed. We would stay again just because of the whales, but would definitely request a thorough cleaning.

Not the third marriage, the third time staying here after 44 years of marriage at this romantic getaway! We had to reschedule this booking twice due to Covid, but we were treated kindly and quickly as our dates continued to change. And when we finally arrived, the little nest had changed! It got even better to make it superior! As my last couple reviews had said, this is our number one go to at the Oregon coast. So clean and well set up, highly recommended! We will be back for a fourth time, for sure!

Loved the house, Kayaks and location. The problem was, when we arrived the house was not cleaned. We had to vacuum the floors upon arrival and wipe down the counters. There was enough dishwasher soap for 3 loads, our stay was 8 days. The apartment above the garage was great for a second family, but no dishwasher soap provided there at all! When we called Oregon Beach Vacations to ask for extra supplies they refused. Again, great house but won't book with Oregon Beach vacations again.

We've stayed at Seaside Beach Club 4 years now because we like it. A perfect view, great accommodations with well-supplied kitchen and close (walkable) to dining and shopping. We'll be back. Carpet needs cleaning but I realize that's difficult to do when occupied all the time. Our smoke detector went off and required maintenance to come 3 times (replaced the wrong one) and were professional and quick to arrive.

We have stayed at another beach house in Depoe Bay for 18 years, but it was just sold, and our reservations were canceled. We scrambled at the last minute to find another place to stay. Breaking Waves was one of the few rentals left so we booked it. We were so pleasantly surprised! It is a beautiful, comfortable home that we enjoyed for a week. We will definitely return to this home for another stay and in fact, it may just become our new destination! Now to be a little nit-picky - there is a window covering in the upstairs bathroom that isn't functional and is stuck in a semi-open position. The window is clear, so that was a little uncomfortable. The only other item we found we weren't completely happy with was a dirty, wet child's dish in the cupboard. We avoided that. But otherwise it was clean and completely functional, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful.

We enjoyed a blissful beach getaway at the Duffy house in Seaside. The house is just a few doors down from the boardwalk then you cross the dunes to the water. You could hear the waves from the house. The kitchen is well appointed there is a washer and dryer and the beds are comfortable. It would be nice if there was a baby gate since we had a toddler with us.

Reservation process (1 out of 5): I wanted to stay 2 nights and I was told that was okay.. when I called the next day to officially book the two days I had to call 4 times (4 different people).. I was told "no. I'm sorry. We can't do that." "Whomever told you that was wrong." "We can do that but it's a whole process.. sorry. No." Two of them had a attitude. I called the fourth time and someone finally said yes ..and they told me they were sorry about the whole thing and that it was wrong. Was the property clean? (3 out of 5) BBQ was dirty, some of the rooms smelled musty, one mattress had stains, lamp shades were dirty, the stairs was also dirty and so was the counter tops. there were items left outside that looked like trash and there were random mats outside on the porch. The house was fine other then that. Location was nice and secluded ..its on a hill so you gotta kinda hike to the beach and back up to the house which I didn't mind. Overall I give this place a 3. My family had fun and that's all that matters to me.. this place is nice but needs improvement . As for the oregon beach vacation business that made me the reservation I'm pretty patient and nice but wow.. I work at customer service and I understand that can be draining but show some effort and kindness.. shout out to Julie that helped me.

We had a fabulous time at Surfside, beginning with the courtesy of early check-in after a very long travel journey from the east coast with a toddler. That was a blessing. We found the views stunning, the house so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. The location was perfect for our crew, only one mile into Rockaway village, a pleasant walk for coffee or bakery treats, followed by a stroll back “home” to Surfside. This home surprised us with beach chairs, ping-pong, plenty of seating, binoculars and games. It was a really awesome week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. It isn’t the fanciest, but was comfortable. The location was easy to find and the easy access to the beach makes this rental well worth it!

cabin feel with a spectacular view. We loved the view and the location. Can't comment on the hot tub, we didn't use it. The bed was more comfortable than expected. We would stay again. Tips for those that have booked this place. Bring your own outdoor folding chairs, bring your own bath towels (these are a bit hard for our taste) bring your own hand soap and sun umbrella, if it's hot out. We loved our stay but this would be something we would bring next time. Local restaurants are all great ! Especially a place called The Sticks (Fish & Chips).

We (eight women) have been getting together every summer for over 30 years. This house met our every need. The location was perfect, the views stunning, and weather to die for. The deck was large enough for all of us. The dining table large enough for eating and playing games. Beds were comfortable and plentiful. Foosball and pool tables provided more fun. It was nice to have lots of space but also places to gather. Management was responsive to the very few issues we had. We will be renting this house again.

Overall we had a good experience. The location is great - just minutes to the beach and grocery store. The unit was fairly dirty and feel it’s needs a serious deep clean from head to toe. I also would have liked to see dog bowls and a dog towel/blanket since this is a pet friendly rental.

The house was in a great spot close to walking distance to the beach and a little area with stores. My kids walked to the beach everyday spending all day there especially at sunset to take pictures. The house was nice and clean had everything you need for cooking. The only thing were a couple a beds could use new mattresses especially the one in the back room. Would go there again.

This was the first time my family and I have gotten away since my children have been adults and also with my grandchildren. The place was spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 toddlers and we had an amazing time! It could have been a bit cleaner, especially since we're still dealing with Covid. The kid's area had food all over the carpet and I did vacuum before letting the kids play so after that I just did a quick cleaning of the surfaces, just in case. Besides that, the property itself is well maintained and I liked that it was within walking distance of the beach access.

First of all the location is great- right on the beach and within walking distance of nice places to eat. It was so nice to have a fireplace and the upstairs room with the windows looking at the ocean was heavenly. We did have some issues that made it seem the house was not ready for us- light bulbs out; lamp didn't work; refrigerator not turned on (so was not cold); very lumpy pillows. The futons are also very lumpy.

Great location, a block from the beach/trail, and super easy lakefront access!! Great set up with sleeping quarters downstairs, living space upstairs, and bathrooms on each level! I think every decade from the 40's till now was covered in some fashion with appliances/furniture/decor! I loved it! Kitchen is very well stocked and personally I loved the "vintage" appliances, cookware and gadgets (work better than today's mass production!) However, if you are used to teflon cooking, might want to bring some pans. The bed in the "master" was insanely comfortable! Supportive, but felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Short of a crockpot, there was NOTHING we needed we couldn't find in the house! Sand toys, marble run and lots of games to entertain on rainy days! Last minute booking when our planned rental found termites. Julie worked on her day off to assure we had everything we needed. She was genuinely friendly! Highly recommend this place and this company!

Very serene, had a very nice vacation here. Great place to bring your dogs no carpets or cloth furniture. The only issue was the wrong code was given to us for the lockbox. Called the number on the reservation and the person I spoke to was very reassuring and helped with different codes until we received the correct one.

This is the second time in two consecutive years me and and my fishing buddies have stayed at Windward at the Regatta. The owners from Walla Walla have a gem located on the causeway at Newport, Wa. The condo has a perfect view toward the ocean and back to the historic bridge and harbor. The master bedroom and double BR are comfortable and quiet. The living/kitchen/dining were perfect for our group enjoyment in the evening. The garage and extra drive parking were perfect for our vehicles.Unit was **** and span when we arrived. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

We had a great time! Loved the view!!! Great little "hobbit" trail to the beach. Rental was exactly as they said it would be!! Would have been nice to have comfortable chairs to hang out in! Rained a couple of the days, so we stayed in and played games. Rental was clean - could use a little dusting on window ledges, lamp bases.

Had a wonderful stay! Great place to have a full house of family and fun. Great use of space for sleeping and we loved the big oversized wood dining table with bench seating. The long counter top was perfect for the taco bar. Had a couple of minor issues but someone was out in less than an hour to fix them. There are areas of the house definitely in need of some TLC but the place was well stocked, clean, and the neighborhood quiet. Short walk to the beach and the Promenade also a plus!

The location was great, and we liked the house very much - it has many thoughtful touches. Loved walking the beach, and having the fenced yard for my dog! It was very clean except for some sawdust on the stairs and the front carpet was stinky. I only noticed it was stinky when I sat down directly on it. If it was my property I would have a small bottle of Nature's Miracle available in the house, or treat the carpets with it every so often.

We love Rockaway and have been enjoying this area since the early 80's. Everyone loved this house, it's spacious, clean and well stocked. Will be renting this home next year. There is a bit of a pee odor to the bedrooms but, really didn't notice unless the doors were closed for a few hours. The fold out couch in the living room was surprisingly comfy. Great views of the ocean that is literally the back yard of this home.

Great location and fantastic view with a short walk to beach access. We were lucky to have great weather in mid-September. I would suggest that additional directions leaving highway be provided. Would have liked some way to shade the great room area in late afternoon on sunny days. Very blinding light reflected off the ocean. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints.

It was a beautiful home. It almost had everything we needed for a great stay. (A mart TV would have been good to have). A little dusty, but other then that great view.

The house did everything we needed it to. Was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults, 2 small kids and 2 dogs. The kitchen was small and many of the outlets in the house don't work (plugs just fall out of them). Some of the beds were unmade, but there were clean sheets to be found to do it ourselves. The location was great, close enough to walk to the beach, even hauling all the kids' stuff, but off the main highway and quiet. The town itself isn't much, and a lot of places were closed. But we mostly hung out at the house and went to the beach - a perfect covid vacation.

Pacific City is one of my favorite places, quite a gem among the many great towns on the Oregon coast, and we've stayed at a number of places here over the years. And still, Swallow's Nest exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, immaculately clean, had everything we needed for a getaway with family and friends, and was only a convenient walk away from the beach. We found it kid-friendly, with the loft and games/puzzles being particularly exciting for them. And it lived up to being dog friendly, for our mid/small dog. The kitchen was better supplied than we anticipated, with everything from cooking sheets to a stockpot. There was an abundance of linens at our disposal, plus a washer and dryer, which was useful as people came and went during the week. Even an extra card table and chairs, tucked away for use if needed, provided welcome flexibility (and was quickly commandeered for the occasional puzzle or schoolwork). Deer wandering amongst the neighborhood's beach grass was also a welcome sight, and made for yet another thing to look forward to during morning walks. If this house has any drawbacks, it would be that it doesn't have much of a beach view, since it is backed up against taller houses. Though this is also a benefit, as it makes for a better price point, especially if your priority is a comfortable space for a large group.

Surfers Cove was an emergency plan B when the condo we had reserved became unavailable 2 days before we were to arrive in Seaside. We were traveling with my in-laws who are in their mid-80's. My mother-in-law suffers extreme confusion from Alzheimers. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood with excellent access to the beach. It's a wonderfully homey place. We were all able to enjoy what we came to Seaside for.

This cabin met our needs well, minus the steps down to the front then up to the porch. Spouse is disabled and not all steps were shown. But, we managed. Loved the setting, lovely back deck (same level but many stairs down to lower back yard), lots of birds. The inside needs TLC: dishwasher unusable due to wheels falling off basket, heavily stained carpet in living room, disorganized mishmash of cooking/eating pans, bowls, silverware, but we managed...did lots of hand washing. Key box NOT at main entrance! Is around on side door up many steps! Key box for guests very high up, difficult for 5’ tall guest to reach. But, we managed.

We were very happy with this rental. It was clean and comfortable. The virtual tour shows very well how it looks. The only thing that was not perfect for us was the access to the beach is down a long steep narrow stair with a rope handrail so this was not appropriate for some people in our party. Also we did have a little trouble with putting the code in the entry gate.

Great location right on the boardwalk and close to downtown with a beautiful view of the ocean. Convenient on site parking. Condo was clean. The only issues were the mattresses for hide away beds in the living room need replacement as they seem flat,old,and worn. The bedroom is furthest from the balcony and ocean so you will not be able to hear the ocean sleeping from that bedroom, if that is something you desire on your trip. The the screen door to the balcony was broken, and the dishwasher does not seem to work properly to clean a load. Other than that a very wonderful stay.

The property was mostly as advertised. What was missing was how close it sits to the highway. That said, the whole experience from renting through relaxing was well worth it. The layout worked out really well for us. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus. The view was amazing. One suggestion: allow Netflix to be accessed on a TV using the renter's account. But who comes to the coast to watch TV? ��

This place, in a word...SPECTACULAR! The house is beautiful, for sure, but the view from any window is breathtaking. Back to the property...beautifully landscaped, elegantly furnished and decorated, and very comfortable. We only ate breakfast there, but had we had the desire, the kitchen had all we would have needed. This place is close to stores, shopping, sightseeing, and, of course, that beach. This place was way more than we expected. Julie was easy to work with and readily available. We were sorry we didn’t stay longer! Next time.....

Waters Edge is a wonderful place to stay! Great view out the balcony and quiet place. Down side is 308 is a 2 bedroom with just a couch and a chair in the living room. If two couples stay it is tough to have enough seating. The floor was very sanding when we walked in the condo. Also, the deadbolt on the door needs some WD 40..

This property was the perfect home for a family reunion of 3 siblings and spouses. The home was in perfect condition except for the dishwasher that was out of order. It was generously appointed and we lacked for nothing, except for a sink stopper to do the dishes. We highly rated this property for its amenities and great location.

The house is lovely! The views are great. Kitchen well equipped. There is also a useable office space on the top floor, and WiFi worked great. We enjoyed walking to the beach multiple times, but the trail is steep!

Another wonderful week in Seaside at our favorite house -- awesome location just steps from the relatively quiet south end of the beach, easy check-in and out, all amenities provided as described including a stocked kitchen, full barbeque tank, and plenty of bath towels. We will be back next year!

This house is in a wonderful location right on the river minutes from beach. House is a little dated and needs a little love but overall clean and comfortable. Water heater broke on us but management was quick to come and fix that day.Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay there again.

This is a very affordable rental - so it was exactly what we expected to find. The rental was very clean and the furniture and amenities were in great condition, which is always a worry when it's pet friendly. I think the pictures represent the rental very well. We did find the hall bathroom to have a damp towel smell, which I think was coming from the shower curtain, but again it was all very clean. The house is located back in the trees, so I think that's probably the challenge they have, it just seems a little damp. The house needs a quick cleaning outside, but I'm sure it's hard to keep clean with all of the trees around it and we are getting into fall. The only other thing, is that the previous renters didn't clean up after their pets outside, there seemed to be dog droppings all around outside, which I don't think the cleaning staff should have to take care of. Overall, it was a good house and exactly what you can expect at a very affordable price! We would stay there again.

The house was tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Overall very pleasant stay. Time to replace the cooking pans though as one of them had a scratched non stick coating. Otherwise very satisfied and would rent again.

This unit served our needs well. It has a great view of Siletz bay. The sandy beach along the bay is steps away from the building and the actual ocean beach front is less than a 10 minute walk away. It is walking distance to a handful of restaurants which we took advantage of during our stay. The unit was clean and maintained well. The kitchen was stocked w/ the essential cookware to make some of our meals at "home." The pull out sofa bed worked fine for our young son. Water's Edge 309 worked great for a quick getaway for our family of three!

We enjoyed our stay in Depoe Bay at Commodore 1! The unit has a great view, we could see whales from the place, and loved the location so close to the main road and viewpoints. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were nice, could use updated carpet and furniture- couch is pretty old with stains, and bed frames and mattresses are very old and dip. Could also use a few more cooking items like oil, spare roll of paper towels, etc.

The best part of this home is the amazing view on Oceanside and the large kitchen. The home was very clean, but very sparsely furnished. It desperately needs new beds, the two upstairs were lumpy and awful and hurt my back. More furniture to sit on too! But nice roomy home and large dining table and kitchen. Good value for what we paid.

We enjoyed staying in Sunset Ridge. The views from the house and deck are incredible. There is a little fenced backyard for the dog. After finding extension leaves for the table, we had sit down dinner for 11 people. Small problems included: 1) broken head section of sofa bed in TV room so it would not stay leveled 2) lack of coffee filters 3) not enough sheets for sofa beds 4) very dirty grill (we cleaned it up). Overall, great property and we will definitely be back.

Loved the location as the view from deck was beautiful. Seeing out the clouded up windows was distracting. The amenities were lacking: no internet so no WIFI or TV. Took two days to have it addressed and then not fixed for our stay. The pool was unavailable so check if you are counting on that. The chairs i the living room were disintegrating and made a mess on clothes and floor.

This home is located a few doors up off the prom, and enough blocks out of the city center for relaxation. While there is very little view from the inside of the home, the outside front enclosed porch and yard offer a great view. Sounds of the ocean can definitely be heard, which is perfect. Home has been recently remodeled, and the furnishings, towels, and amenities are in great condition. Home layout was nice with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We arrived to a home that could have used a deeper clean, crumbs and such, and a couple doors that were almost off their hinges, along with a BBQ that was in bad condition in terms of cleanliness and operation as it’s missing a heat diffuser plate on 1/2 and cooks at different temps along with ear wigs inside of it. Due to the homes age and preserving that history, we understood, but that should have been fixed prior to our arrival. Couple other small things could have been improved for a better overall experience, but nothing that detracts from this homes overall offering. We’d definitely stay again.

We came to Seaside to spread my mother’s ashes and she would have LOVED the house.. We had a great time there.. Lots of room and plenty of things to keep them occupied and happy. The view from the second floor was amazing, lots of blankets and towels, the back porch was a great space to share our memories. When we get a chance to come back to the West coast we would love to stay there again!!
